Although most pieces are ready to be shipped next day, please allow 2 -3 weeks . Many thanks!
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Exchanges may be made up to 30 days from the shipment date, as noted on invoice.
Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from purchase date, as noted in the invoice.
Rebecca Rose Designs does not accept damaged items for return.
REPAIRS
When purchasing your jewelry, please keep in mind that many of our pieces need to be handled with care.Please follow any care instructions provided with your piece
Repairs are free up to 30 days from shipment date, as noted on invoice.
After 30 days, please contact us with a detailed description. Please include a photo for a repair estimate. There is a minimum fee of $20 for repairs.
Customer covers all shipping costs.
